To place an order with us: Please email us at enquiries@kydojewellery.co.uk with the order number(s) or name of the item and brief description (i.e. Earrings - EARW02 (£25) or the title of the item, i.e. Necklace - Aislinn (£75) .
We will then email you back with a total including postage and you can pay with PayPal, we will send you a payment request or from the UK, by cheque (please allow 4-5 days for the cheque to clear before we can send your item out).
Please use the item order number if there is one as well as a description when you order. If you require further assistance or have any questions please email us before you place your order.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, we will do our best to find it for you.

Postage and packing costs.
Items up to £30 will be sent recorded delivery at £2.50.
Items costing over £30 whether multiple or single items will be sent special delivery at £5.50 unless otherwise stated. UK only. International orders, vary greatly. USA and Canada airmail $8, insured shipping is £15. Please email for other countries. An email will be sent out on the day of posting as items will need to be signed for.

UK orders only are accepted by cheque, postal order,
cash in a registered envelope only or we can accept debit and credit cards online through PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use it. Please click the logo to be taken to their secure site
International orders may only be paid for through PayPal.

If you are not happy with any item it may be returned in perfect condition within 5 working days from the date of posting. International orders 14 days. We will be pleased to refund the cost of the item or give a credit. However, we are unable to refund the cost of the postage.
